  1. Welcome to A CENTURY OF FANTASTIC CINEMA for Windows MPC!

  3. Installation Notes:
  4.  
  5. To install Fantastic Cinema from within Windows, select 'Run' from the
  6. File Menu and run 'setup.exe' from the Fantastic Cinema CD-Rom.  You can
  7. also double-click on the 'setup.exe' entry in File Manager.
  8.  
  9. If you do not have Video For Windows installed on your system, you need
  10. to run 'setup.exe' from the 'vfw' directory on the CD-Rom before you can
  11. run Fantastic Cinema.

  13. Space Requirements:
  14.  
  15. The total drive space required for Fantastic Cinema is 5.5 megabytes,
  16. not including Video for Windows.
  17.  
  18. The Multimedia Toolbook Runtime requires 2.75 megabytes free on the drive
  19. partition containing your Windows directories.  This will not be installed
  20. if you already have the latest version of this runtime application.
  21.  
  22. The Fantastic Cinema executable requires 2.75 megabytes free on any drive
  23. partition you choose to install it on.  After the initial installation,
  24. you may choose to run Fantastic Cinema directly off of the CD-Rom instead
  25. of your hard drive.  To do this, click on the Fantastic Cinema icon in the
  26. Fantastic Cinema program group, and press ALT-ENTER.  Use the 'browse'
  27. option to select 'fantcine.exe' from the CD-Rom.  You can now delete the
  28. executable on your hard drive if you want to recover the drive space.
